PRODUCT RETURNS This product must be stored in a cool, dry place. It must not be exposed to excessive heat or direct sunlight. If we accept an order for return we will inspect it for exposure to these conditions. We do not accept returns of orders that are over 30 days old.
For health reasons we do not accept returns on bath and beauty items. No products are accepted as returns without prior authorization. If we agree to accept a product return it must be returned unopened, untampered with, and the original seal must be intact. We will send you a full refund less shipping and handling fees and a $5.00 return processing fee within 30 days of the order being placed. If the product returned is broken, opened or unsellable we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% from your refund depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
If we make a mistake in shipping the wrong product or damaged merchandise we will do our best to remedy the situation in a fair and equitable manner (fair and equitable to both parties).
